Newbie Tips

Gold Coins

[Travel], [Mall] and stage clearance could get gold coins.Also, you can purchase gold at [Mall] by snow diamonds. Gold are suggested to be used in upgrading [Hero]>[Collectibles]>[Gear]>[Firearms]-[Talent].

Hero Summon & Hero Upgrade

Get heroes in [Summon]. During summoning, if each round reaches the required number of recruits (5, 6, 7, 8, and 8 for rounds 1-5 respectively), you can advance to the next round for free. A single recruitment session can go up to 5 rounds.

Legendary and below heroes could use hero shards to level up. Mythic hero needs mythic essence to upgrade. And remember save mythic essence for your most-used heroes (e.g., Crocodile Bully or Holy Enovy). Increases Crit DMG for every upgrade.

Collectibles

Get Collectibles by [Treasures Hunt]. Mythic collectibles recommend [Safe],[Gold Hammer] and [Preservation Agreement] increase silver coins, heroes ATK or lucky coins buff; and legendary collectibles [Gold Urn] and [Holy Grail] both increase silver coins during battle.

Each collectible has unique traits. Every star-up level collectible boosts 0.2% Crit Rate and enhances its trait. Remember, consider your most-used heroes when you star-up collectibles. Also, every time upgrade any collectibles level would increase Hero ATK.

Snow Diamond

Snow diamond could get in [Event] for free everyday, or replenish on [Mall].

Snow diamond spend recommend:

• Hero(purchase & upgrade): purchase mythic heroes like Crocodile Bully or Holy Envoy, and purcharse mythic essence to upgrade mythic heroes
• Packs on [Event]: Daily packs like Gold Pack is cheapper than on [Mall], Treasure Hunt Value Pack on Weekly pack and Monthly pack is essential to upgrade collectibles.

Gears

You also could get gear and blueprints from [Travel], stage clearance. The higher the main stage level, the better the quality of equipment you will receive. Gears have the same basic stats in the same quality; rare and above gears bring more additional stats. [Enhance Gear] only upgrades the gear grid that isn’t affected by changing gears. T3 elite and above gears can be refined.

Gears upgrade needs gold coins and buleprint. Besides, decompose extra gears to get Cryolite Hammer.

Joint Operation

• Team up with your partner to complete battle quests like leave 80 monsters to live (200 silver coins) and Quick Kill (100 silver coins).
• Gain lucky coins by defeating elite Boss (4 lucky coins)
• Hero recoommedn: Get DPS (e.g., Crocodile Bully or Holy Enovy), Crowd Control (e.g., Alat Denyut, Musketeer or Greatsword Penguin), and Support (e.g., Evil Chanter, Coin-op Machine or Hunter) .
• Ensure the position is appropriate – your melees are on the edges and range in the center before the enemies crowd, crowd control on the top, and AoE stunners in the back row.
• Don’t forget you can communicate with your partner in time.

Boss Challenge Countdown

Remember to check the countdown of boss challenge! Finish it in time can get more perks!

Defense Tower

The Defense Tower have 3*6 grids in the battle. Each grid can hold one mythic hero or three legendary or below heores.

Tips:

• Prioritize stacking three [Alat Denyut] to stun enemies, control mobs, and create space for DPS
• Put Hunters (better Lv.6) in the entrance to get more sliver coins.

Recommended Heroes & Collectibles

T0 Heroes

Holy Envoy

• Strengths: Insane AoE damage with expanded attack range after Ascension.
• Note: 25% base Ascension chance (increases to 35% at Lv12).

Crocodile Bully

• Strengths: DEF reduction and high DMG, burst damage and control with ultimate skill.
• Note: “Blast Fist” passive skill unlocks at Lv12; higher summon difficulty in-game.

T1 Heroes

Terminator

• Strengths: Free AoE Heroes, helpful in early stage (7-day login reward).

Frozen Heart

• Strengths: Enhanced icicle numbers and DMG. Freeze control and pretty high damage.

Other Strong Picks

• DPS: Sword Spirit, Bullhead Warrior, Musketeer, Ghost Warrior, Floating Cannon, Hunter
• Support: Evil Chanter, Coin-op Machine, Alat Denyut, Destructive Device

Collectible Recommendations

Mythic Tier

• Gold Hammer: +0.3% hero damage per 100 Silver coins.
• Safe: Grants 8% Silver coins per round (snowball economy).

Other Must-Haves

• Legendary: Gold Urn, Holy Grail, Tribal Totem, Four-leaf Clover Crown.
• Rare: Energy Potion, Agile Gloves.

In summary: Choose right heroes and Collectible, increase DPS and economy!

Solo Combat Tips

Early Game Tasks

Complete tasks for Silver (e.g., Last Stand: Wait until over 50 monsters to summon → summon Lord → earn 200 Silver).

Boss Farming

Kill bosses for Lucky Coins (extra 1 coin if defeated in <20s). Use coins to summon/upgrade heroes.

Summon Strategy

• Early: Use coins to upgrade Lord + pray for rare heroes.
• Before Wave 30: Save Silver (only spend on summon common heroes to craft mythic merges).
• Late: Max enhance rates → spam mythic heroes.

Positioning

• Melee: Edges. Ranged: Center.
• Crowd control (e.g., Alat Denyut): Place 3 unmerged at 1-2/1-3/1-4.
• AoE stunners (e.g., Voodoo Shaman): Back rows (1-4/2-4/1-5/2-5).

Lord Priority

Solo mode Lord > heroes (buffs from gear/collectibles stack fully). Spend coins on Lord upgrades first.

Main DPS Picks

• Holy Envoy: Easy to merge, dominates early.
• Crocodile Bully: Strong but rare materials (avoid in fast-paced solo).
• Sword Spirit: Max upgrades if obtained (20 coins → huge payoff).

Stun Positioning

Explanation of Why This Positioning:

• Because the stuns are focusing on 1-2 squares, enemies (bosses and grunts) are effectively frozen in that one spot, allowing AOE damage dealers to attack everything at once and keep the minion count below 100.
• You can add more stuns to this, but try not to have less than 3 triangles and 3 float bots. Keep extras to the right columns from these stuns.

Nightmare Support Set Up

I made this wonderful diagram outlining which units to use and where to place them when supporting a DPS carry in Nightmare difficulty.

Some units, such as Swords and Alat/Triangles, will need to be repositioned to follow bosses, ensuring they are defeated within the time limit.

The primary focus should be on clearing your Dungeon and setting up Stuns as soon as possible, while building dragons and envoy along the way. Swords are essential for later waves (70+), so they shouldn’t be the main priority early on.

Minimum Requirements for this Strategy:

• Ability to clear the dungeon solo by wave 40 (ideally sooner).
• A reliable source of collectibles, ideally 2-star or higher, as you will need a significant amount of silver.
• The support player should create a room for the damage dealer to join where the dungeon for the support is not resistant to fire, in case an early dragon that can help clear it is obtained.

Ensure you have understood the setup described above before considering this variation. This is a modification of the previous strategy, but it is ONLY recommended IF YOU HAVE level 12 Voodoo (not advised for most players).

You will need 3 Voodoo units and should cycle them in and out of the dungeon so that each can use their ultimate ability and then recharge it.

Most players should NOT prioritize leveling Voodoo, as this unit is useful only in specific situations. It would be more beneficial to focus on leveling other S-tier heroes.

Note for the DPS player: You will be constantly moving units around the board and in and out of the dungeon.

Recommended Heroes & Mythic Essence Amount Requirements

Support Heroes

• [Hunter] is a melee hero that help you earn money during battle when it upgrades to Lv. 6. It has a 10% chance of getting silvers when attacking. Suggest that you leave 3 hunters at the entrance to make money. And it could craft a Terminator with a Destructive Device together.
• [Greatsword Penguin] could increase all allies’ ATK by 5%; if you keep 3 Greatsword Penguins, your all heroes’ ATK on the board increases by 15%. Besides, it is a melee hero that probably stuns the target for 3s and makes DPS heroes kill enemies. It is also the crafting material for mythic heroes (e.g., Crocodile Bully,Holy Envoy, Coin-op Machine, or Shadow Hunter).
• [Alat Denyut] could simultaneously stun enemies, attacking enemies with lightning and reducing all enemies’ DEF. Deploying 3 Alat Denyuts significantly increases the control probability, making it even more effective than some mythic heroes. Place 6 Alat Denyuts at the left top of the board to dominate the fight enemies for maximum battlefield control.

How to get mythic essence:

Get mythic essence from summon, packs on [Events] > [Weekly Pack]/[Monthly Pack] ,the monthly pack is more cost-efficient.

Priority:

• Main DPS: Crocodile Bully ≥ Holy Envoy > Terminator
• Support: Coin-op Machine > Voodoo Ritual > Shadow Hunter
• Second DPS: Flaming Dragon > Sword Spirit > Grffin
